Zutaten

500 ml Buttermilch
250 g Erdbeeren geviertelt
500 g Jogurt 3,6% cremig
4 EL Holunderblütensirup
250 ml Frizzante oder Prosecco

Zubereitung

Erdbeeren mit der Hälfte der Buttermilch im Mixer pürieren. Mit restlicher Buttermilch und Joghurt, sowie dem Sirup vermischen und schaumig mixen. In gekühlten Gläsern servieren und mit einem Schuss Frizzante aufgießen.
